In the Working Hours  tab, you'll be able to view and change the individual working hours of each call representative..

You may access this via "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "Working Hours" 

After selecting "Edit", you may edit the working hours of each agent.

Important: 

  • The "Summary of Working Hours" shows the entirety of working hours of all the call representatives. 
  • To visualize the working hours of each call rep, hover your cursor over each call rep.
