Yes. Company and assigned Call Representative will be notified of the scheduled call via email immediately. An email notification will be sent 5 minutes before the scheduled call to remind the call representative. An SMS will also be sent to the customer if he/she using a mobile phone.

To sum it up:

When first scheduled - Email to Company & Call Rep
5 mins before scheduled call - Email to Call Rep
5 mins before scheduled call - SMS to Customer

Change Notification Email for Company 

To change the notification settings for Company, change the "Notify Email" or include additional email recipient by adding in an email separated by a comma.

For example: "[email protected], [email protected]"

You may access it via "Settings" > "Widget Settings" > "General Settings" > "Notify Email"

Change Notification Email for Individual Call Representative 

To change the notification settings for Call Representative, change the email tagged to the rep. 

You may access it via "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "Call Reps" > "Action" > "Email"
