If the customer did not pick up the call, 

  • An email notification will be sent to the company and call representative. 
  • An SMS will also be sent to your customer.

Important: There are 2 types of missed calls: 

  1. Customer requested callback, your company's call rep answered but no answer from customers
  2. Customer requested callback, none of your company's call reps answered.
