Custom Business Operating System
I design and build complete Notion operating systems for service businesses, connecting clients, projects, tasks, finances, and team workload in one workspace. Every build starts with a discovery call to map how work actually moves through your business. I then design a relational database architecture with rollups, formulas, and role-based dashboards, so owners see the whole business at a glance and staff see only what they need. You get the full build, a recorded walkthrough, and written documentation.Industry Systems for Clinics, Law Firms and Agencies
I build and publish ready-to-adapt systems for specific industries. Clinic OS covers physiotherapy and health practices (patients, sessions, follow-ups, staff scheduling, inventory, and reporting). Chambers OS covers boutique law firms (matters, clients, billing, deadlines, and complex rollups). Agency OS covers creative agencies (clients, projects, deliverables, and retainers). Instead of starting from a blank page, I fit a proven architecture to your workflow, terminology, and team, which makes delivery faster and cheaper. It also works well for NGOs and health programs that need patient records and reporting.Client and Lead Management Systems
For service businesses that track leads in spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory, I build a lead-to-project pipeline in Notion: enquiries, proposals, active clients, projects, tasks, and follow-ups, all linked. For cleaning and home service companies, I add a client intelligence layer that flags repeat refund requests, damage claims, and complaint history before a client is rebooked. I plan integrations with tools you already use, such as Housecall Pro, and deliver in phases so your team can use phase one while the next phase is built.Past work
