With Novocall's Agency Dashboard, you will be able to use Novocall for your client sites. 

There are two ways you can use Novocall on your client sites:

  1. When setting up a client, you can invite them to set up their own account – this will allow them to manage it and pay for it themselves. You can then link your clients to your Agency Dashboard so you will have access to their accounts. 
  2. You can create and manage your clients' accounts by creating them directly from your Agency Dashboard. In the case, the account will automatically be linked to your dashboard.

How do I set up an agency account? 

From your Novocall account, you can check the box if you are an agency. Once you are an agency, you will automatically receive the perks, which includes agency discounts for you and your clients.

Overview of Agency Dashboard: 

The dashboard has 2 main tabs: Overview and Accounts

Overview Tab

You will be able to see the overview of all activities including: 

  • Call Usage (both you and your clients) 
  • Calls
  • Messages
  • Scheduled Calls

Accounts Tab

You will be able to see:

  • Your own account 
  • Your own widget widgets
  • Your clients' accounts 
  • Your clients' widgets 

Adding client accounts:  

  • Linking existing accounts
  • Creating new accounts 

Client Billing:
You will be able to send a temporary Novocall billing page to your clients.
