Yes. Novocall provides the flexibility to change each and every agent's working hour in a friendly manner in our Working Hours tab.

You may access this via "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "Working Hours" 

After selecting "Edit", you may edit the working hours of each agent.


  • The "Summary of Working Hours" shows the entirety of working hours of all the call representatives. 
  • To visualize the working hours of each call rep, hover your cursor over each call rep.
